Dr.
Sanjoy Kumar Biswas is a faculty of Mathematics, Dept. of Computer Science &
Engineering at National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER).
He obtained his Bachelor, Master’s and PhD degrees from department of
Mathematics, University of Rajshahi (RU) in 2006, 2008 and 2020 respectively.
He began working as a lecturer in this institute in November 2022. Before
joining at NITER Dr. Sanjoy was serving as an Asst. Prof. of Mathematics, Dept.
of Basic Science, World University of Bangladesh (WUB), Dhanmondi, Dhaka. He
joined there as a lecturer in Mathematics in November 2010. Dr. Sanjoy was also
working as an Asst. Hostel Superintendent from Jan 2024 to Aug 2025 and, then has
been working as a Hostel Superintendent (In-charge) of NITER Boy’s Hostel since
Sept 2025.
