"Faculty Development Program 2023: Enlightening the Academic Mind" is a foundational training initiative taken by the National Institute of Textile Engineering & Research (NITER) to develop, cherish and encourage self-improvement among its faculties and technical officers belonging to diverse academic streams. This three day long program was held at the NITER campus from 11 March to 13 March amid natural beauty and calming presence of mother nature accompanied by enthusiastic participation of the trainees.
