Md. Ibrahim Ahmed born in Brahmanbaria(Bangladesh) in 1997. He received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2021 from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology(CUET). Currently he is working as a Lecturer at Electrical and Electronic Engineering department, National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER), Constituent Institute of the University of Dhaka since June 2023. He also worked as Lecturer at department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Daffodil International University (DIU), Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka from January 2022 to June 2023. He has published two conference paper. The main interests of his research are Solid State Device, VLSI, Nano Device Modeling, HEMT etc.
